Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Girl In Mind outfit, but if it's not the perfect fit, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags still attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

  Ship the Parcel

  Download your prepaid shipping label or QR code from the portal and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
